Pool cages for waterfront homes. Longboat Key, Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island.
Salt air, open wind exposure and a view worth keeping: island enclosures ask more of the screen, the fasteners and the frame. We have finished more than 90 jobs on the islands since 2022, and an engineer on our team follows every one step by step.
Why island cages are different
Salt, wind and the view: three reasons to choose the materials carefully.
Salt air works on the hardware first. On Gulf-front and bay-side homes, screws, spline and door hardware corrode long before the aluminum. We check every panel and replace what is corroded, not just what is torn.
Wind exposure is higher on the barrier islands. A new or rebuilt enclosure is engineered for the location and permitted through the town or county building department. An engineer on our team follows the job from the drawings to the inspection.
The view is the point. Many island owners choose our premium options: panoramic screen with wider, cleaner bays, Phifer 20/20 no-see-um on the water side, polyester screen for strength, a bronze finish, or an insulated roof over part of the cage.

Questions
Questions from island and waterfront homeowners
Not here? Call (941) 961-0162.
What screen is best for a waterfront home?
It depends on what matters most. Panoramic screen gives the cleanest view, Phifer 20/20 no-see-um keeps midges out on the water side, and polyester screen is the strongest option. We go over the options with you on site.
Do you work on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key?
Yes — Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, both halves of Longboat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key and Casey Key.
Who checks the work while it is being done?
An engineer on our team follows every job step by step — from the first measurement and the quote to the final walkthrough with you. On permitted work that includes the drawings, the permit and the inspection.
Who pulls the permit on the islands?
We do, under CRC1334065, through the town or county building department that covers the address. Rescreening a sound frame does not need a permit; a new cage or a frame change does.
What warranty do you give?
Our work carries a 1-year labor warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer's own warranty. The written terms come with every estimate.
