Pool cage and screen work for HOAs and condos. Quotes a board can approve.
Associations, condo boards and community managers need more than a price: an itemized scope, proof of license and insurance, a schedule residents can live with, and someone accountable for the result. That is how we work — with an engineer on our team following every job step by step.
How we work with associations
Itemized, documented, and the same crew from start to finish.
Itemized by building and by panel. For condo and villa enclosures we list each panel, door and section, so the board sees exactly what is being replaced and can approve it as written.
Architectural review, handled. For a homeowner in a deed-restricted community we send the estimate, the frame color and the mesh specification the committee usually asks for, and we match what is already on the street.
An engineer on our team follows the job. From the site walk to the final inspection on permitted work, the same engineer-led team is accountable. Our own crews do the work, under license CRC1334065, with general liability and workers’ compensation coverage.

Questions
Questions from HOA boards and managers
Not here? Call (941) 961-0162.
Can you quote several buildings or units at once?
Yes. We walk the property with the manager or a board member and send one estimate, itemized by building or unit, so it can be approved in a single meeting.
Do you provide license and insurance information?
Yes. Our Florida license is CRC1334065 and we carry general liability and workers’ compensation. We send the details the manager needs for the file.
Who checks the work while it is being done?
An engineer on our team follows every job step by step — from the first measurement and the quote to the final walkthrough with you. On permitted work that includes the drawings, the permit and the inspection.
Can you match our existing frame color and mesh?
Yes. White or bronze frames, and Phifer 18/14, Phifer 20/20 no-see-um or polyester screen to match the community standard.
What warranty do you give?
Our work carries a 1-year labor warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer's own warranty. The written terms come with every estimate.
