Screened pool cage with bronze aluminum frame over a pool and spa on Florida's Gulf Coast

Pool cage repair and rescreening in Palmer Ranch. HOA-ready quotes, engineer on every job.

Palmer Ranch is one of our busiest areas: more than 170 jobs in the 34238 ZIP code alone since 2022, the ZIP that covers most of it. Most are panel repairs and rescreens on cages that have to match the street, and the association often has a say.

Palmer Ranch, specifically

Deed-restricted communities: match the street, document the job.

Most Palmer Ranch jobs are repairs and rescreens, not new cages. The frames in the communities along Palmer Ranch Parkway and Central Sarasota Parkway are mostly sound; the mesh and the roof panels are what go.

The association decides the look. Frame color, mesh and screen type usually have to match what is already on the street. We match them, and we send an itemized estimate the architectural committee can read.

An engineer on our team follows every job step by step. On a rescreen that means checking the frame, the anchors and the spline grooves before quoting; on permitted work it means the drawings, the Sarasota County permit and the inspection.

Questions

Questions from Palmer Ranch homeowners

Not here? Call (941) 961-0162.

Do you deal with the HOA?

Yes. We match the existing frame color and mesh and send an itemized estimate and product details for the architectural committee. See HOA and condo work.

How long will my rescreen last?

It depends on sun, storms and the mesh. We walk you through the options on site; polyester screen is the stronger upgrade.

Who checks the work while it is being done?

An engineer on our team follows every job step by step — from the first measurement and the quote to the final walkthrough with you. On permitted work that includes the drawings, the permit and the inspection.

Do I need a permit to rescreen?

No. Replacing screen on a sound enclosure is not permitted work. A new cage or a frame change needs a Sarasota County permit, which we pull under CRC1334065.

What warranty do you give?

Our work carries a 1-year labor warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer's own warranty. The written terms come with every estimate.
