Pool cage repair, rescreening and lanais in Parrish. New communities, first repairs.
We have finished 70 jobs at Parrish addresses since 2022. Many are the first repair a newer cage has ever needed; others are screened lanais and no-see-um upgrades on homes that back onto ponds and preserves. An engineer on our team follows every one step by step.
What Parrish calls us for
Newer homes, ponds out back, and the first storm repair.
Most Parrish cages are young, and the frame is sound. What fails first is the screen: roof panels after a storm or a falling branch, then side panels near the pool. We replace the torn bays and leave the rest.
Ponds and preserves mean midges. No-see-um mesh shows up on our Parrish job lines more than in most towns. Phifer 20/20 on the water side and standard 18/14 on the rest is a common mix.
Lanais and insulated roofs. Owners in the newer communities off US-301 and Moccasin Wallow Road ask us to screen in or extend a lanai, or put part of the cage under a solid insulated roof. That work is engineered and permitted through Manatee County.

Questions
Questions from Parrish homeowners

My cage is only a few years old. Is a repair worth it?
Almost always. On a young cage the aluminum is fine; we replace the torn panels and any loose spline and the enclosure is back to new.
Do you handle the HOA approval?
Many Parrish communities need architectural approval for a new cage, a lanai or a color change. We send the itemized estimate and product details the committee asks for. More on HOA and condo work.
Who checks the work while it is being done?
An engineer on our team follows every job step by step — from the first measurement and the quote to the final walkthrough with you. On permitted work that includes the drawings, the permit and the inspection.
Do I need a permit?
Not to repair or rescreen. A new cage, an insulated roof or a lanai extension needs engineered drawings and a Manatee County permit, which we pull under CRC1334065.
What warranty do you give?
Our work carries a 1-year labor warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer's own warranty. The written terms come with every estimate.
