Pool cage and screen enclosure repair in Lakewood Ranch. Matched to the screen you already have.
More than 260 of our jobs at Lakewood Ranch addresses since 2022 were repairs. The cages here are younger and bigger than the county average, so the frame is usually fine and the job is the screen: roof panels first, and often a panoramic or no-see-um mesh that has to match.
Lakewood Ranch repairs, specifically
Big spans, special screens, and a review board that wants it to match.
Roof panels are on almost half of our Lakewood Ranch jobs. Large, flat-roof and mansard cages have long roof runs, and that is where the screen tears first. We replace the torn bays and re-seat the spline around them.
Many cages here are not standard mesh. Panoramic screen shows up on about one in twelve of our Lakewood Ranch jobs, and Phifer 20/20 no-see-um is common on lots that back onto lakes and preserves. A repair panel in the wrong mesh is obvious from the lanai, so we bring the one you have.
Two counties, one community. Most of Lakewood Ranch is in Manatee County; the southern villages are in Sarasota County. A screen repair needs no permit in either, and the work stays inside what the community's design standards already allow.
What we do in Lakewood Ranch
What a repair usually covers
Repair before rescreen, rescreen before replacement — and an engineer on our team following each job step by step.
Roof panels
Torn roof bays on large cages replaced and the surrounding spline re-seated so the roof stays tight.
Panoramic & no-see-um
Repair panels in panoramic screen or Phifer 20/20 no-see-um to match what is already on the cage.
Doors & hardware
Doors adjusted or re-hung, new closers and handles, rusted fasteners replaced.
Frame work
A bent or loose member is checked by the engineer on our team before we quote; changes to the frame are permitted work.

Questions
Questions from Lakewood Ranch homeowners
Not here? Call (941) 961-0162.
My cage has panoramic screen. Can you repair just one panel?
Yes. We replace the torn bay in panoramic screen so it matches the rest of the view side. If the panel next to it is chalky too, we tell you before we start.
Do I need HOA approval for a repair?
Usually not for like-for-like screen in the same color. A change of mesh, color or frame typically goes through the community’s review first. See HOA and condo work.
Who checks the work while it is being done?
An engineer on our team follows every job step by step — from the first measurement and the quote to the final walkthrough with you. On permitted work that includes the drawings, the permit and the inspection.
How is the repair priced?
Per panel, by size and height, with doors and hardware as separate lines. The written quote lists every item. Our pool cage cost guide explains what changes the number.
What warranty do you give?
Our work carries a 1-year labor warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer's own warranty. The written terms come with every estimate.
