Screened pool cage with bronze aluminum frame over a pool and spa on Florida's Gulf Coast

Pool cages in Estero and Bonita Springs. New homes, new pools, new cages.

Many homes in Estero and Bonita Springs closed without a cage, or are getting a pool a year or two after move-in. That is the work we are here for: a new cage designed for your pool and house, engineered for your address, permitted and built, with an engineer on our team following every step.

Estero and Bonita, specifically

New communities inland, older homes near the bay.

New communities along Corkscrew Road and the new neighborhoods east of I-75 are full of homes where the builder's cage was an option the buyer skipped. When the pool comes later, the cage has to fit the deck that is already there, and the pool needs it before its final inspection.

Architectural review sets the frame color, roof line and screen in almost every community here. We put together the drawings and product details the board asks for.

West of US-41, near Estero Bay, the homes and cages are older. When the frame is still sound, a repair or a full rescreen is the honest answer, and we say so.

Questions

Questions from Estero and Bonita Springs homeowners

Not here? Call (941) 961-0162.

Who issues the permit?

It depends on the address: the City of Bonita Springs, the Village of Estero or Lee County. We check which one applies and pull the permit under CRC1334065.

My pool is being built now. When should I call about the cage?

As soon as you have the pool plan. The cage is designed for the deck, and the permit takes time, so starting early keeps the pool's final inspection from waiting on the cage.

Will the cage match my HOA's rules?

We prepare the drawings, frame color, roof style and screen specification your architectural review board asks for, and we build to what they approve.

What wind load is the cage designed for?

For the wind speed and exposure at your address, as the Florida Building Code requires. A Florida engineer signs the drawings, and homes on open water get a design for that higher exposure.

Who checks the work while it is being done?

An engineer on our team follows every job step by step, from the drawings to the final walkthrough with you. On permitted work that includes the permit and the inspection.

What warranty do you give?

Our work carries a 1-year labor warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer's own warranty.
