New pool cages in Naples. For new construction, canal homes and the Gulf wind.
New pool cage work in Naples usually starts the same way: a new pool, or a new home with no enclosure yet. We design the cage around the pool and the house, get the engineering done for your address, pull the permit and build it, with an engineer on our team following every step.
Naples, specifically
New communities east of I-75, and homes on the water.
New communities east of I-75. In the neighborhoods off Immokalee Road, Collier Boulevard and in East Naples, many homes close without a cage, or the pool comes a year later. We work to the association's rules on frame color, mesh and roof style, and prepare what the review board asks for.
Waterfront and canal homes. In Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Royal Harbor and Park Shore, the enclosure faces open water and salt air. That means a design for higher wind exposure, coated or stainless fasteners, and a frame finish chosen for the coast.
Raised and remodeled homes. When a house sits higher than before, the pool deck does too. The new cage is designed for that height and its anchors, not copied from the old one.
What we do in Naples
Four kinds of job
Repair before rescreen, rescreen before replacement — and an engineer on our team following each job step by step.
New pool cage
Mansard, dome, gable or flat roof, your frame color, engineered for the wind and exposure at your address, permitted and inspected.
Waterfront cage
Wide panels toward the water, Phifer 20/20 no-see-um or polyester screen, and hardware chosen for salt air.
Repair and rescreen
Torn panels, doors and loose fasteners, or a full rescreen when the frame is still sound.
Lanai enclosures
A screened lanai, or part of the cage under a solid insulated roof. Engineered and permitted.

Questions
Questions from Naples homeowners
Not here? Call (941) 961-0162.
Do I need a permit for a new pool cage in Naples?
Yes. A new enclosure needs engineered drawings and a permit. In unincorporated Collier it goes through Collier County; inside city limits, through the City of Naples. We pull it under our license, CRC1334065.
How long does the permit take?
It depends on the jurisdiction and on your HOA, so we check the current timeline for your address.
What wind load is the cage designed for?
For the wind speed and exposure at your address, as the Florida Building Code requires. A Florida engineer signs the drawings, and homes on open water get a design for that higher exposure.
Will the cage match my HOA's rules?
We prepare the drawings, frame color, roof style and screen specification your architectural review board asks for, and we build to what they approve.
Can you work with my pool contractor?
Yes. The cage usually goes up after the deck is done and before the pool's final inspection. We set the schedule with your pool contractor so the barrier is in place when the inspector comes.
Who checks the work while it is being done?
An engineer on our team follows every job step by step, from the drawings to the final walkthrough with you. On permitted work that includes the permit and the inspection.
What warranty do you give?
Our work carries a 1-year labor warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer's own warranty.
